Dr. Veli Hillman, Founder of EDDS Institute and member of the Advisory Committee of the Cambodia ICT and Digital Forum, will deliver a keynote address titled “AI and Gender Inclusion in the Global North” at the AI for Gender Inclusion Multi-Stakeholder Dialogue 2025 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The two-day event will gather government leaders, industry experts, and civil society to explore how AI can advance gender equality and inclusive digital transformation.
Hosted by Open Development Cambodia (ODC) with support from GIZ and the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, the dialogue will feature keynotes, panel discussions, and an ideathon, focused on gender-inclusive AI policy in Cambodia. Topics include ethical AI governance, the future of work for women, AI and gender-based violence, and education’s role in empowering women in technology.
