The inspiration and driving force of EDDS is Dr Velislava Hillman the founder of EDDS along with Ronald Hepburn, managing director of Etoile Partners, a geopolitical consultancy with a strong track record in education.
Veli leads scientific, technical, research and development with an expert knowledge and understanding of the data and pedagogical challenges of edtech products and services.

Etoile is a London- and Oxfordshire-based geopolitical consultancy. Etoile provides strategic and geopolitical guidance, project management, science and technology leadership, research and development leadership, communications, finance and operational support to EDDS.
For more than a decade, Etoile has worked on ethical education projects and has successfully advocated for education at the UN General Assembly and in support of projects for UN-sponsored and other NGOs working in the field.
